This art museum is a great family museum! The Milwaukee Art Museum is one of the largest art museums in the US. This amazing museum has over 25,000 works of art housed on four floors. The Milwaukee Art Museum has artwork from antiquity to the present. This museum is made of three buildings each designed by one of these three legendary architects, Eero Saarinen, David Kahler, and Santiago Calatrava. Give these architects a round of applause for designing such a wonderful museum.
Mt. Olympus
Here at this fun family amusement park there is a 300-acre outdoor water park, 44 water slides, 5 roller coasters, several kiddie rides, a wave pool, and 8 go cart tracks! That’s a lot of fun! Remember if you want to go but it is raining remember there are 120,000 indoor parks too! And just looking at the Hades 360 Roller Coaster you might faint! The Hades Coaster is the first all wood roller coaster in the world! There are also awesome land things like a 100-foot geyser, and a 50-foot waterfall! MT. Olympus sounds really fun to go to with your family, right?
Schoonmaker Reef
The Schoonmaker Reef was formed 425 million years ago during the Silurian period. It has produced over 200 marine and fauna fossils since being discovered in 1844! This amazing reef is also known as Wauwatosa. The Wauwatosa was the first ancient reef discovered in North America and among the first in the world! This reef is largely dolomite, it is a sedimentary rock of calcium magnesium carbonate, this is similar to limestone.
